Return & Refund Policy

At Kantvam by Pallavi Mehra, we aim to provide you with high-quality, hand-painted, and carefully crafted products. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to help resolve the situation smoothly.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns only if the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • To qualify for a return, you must provide a video of the unpacking process clearly showing the defect in the product.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. Once the return is approved, return process will be completed within 7 to 14 working days

2. Condition of Items

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start the return process, email us at Kavirmehra2006@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The unpacking video showing the defect
    • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 1-2 business days to guide you through the next steps.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Neither the customer nor Kantvam will bear the return shipping costs. We will work together to resolve the issue in a customer-friendly manner.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of confirmation.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • If you do not provide a unpacking video then the product won’t be exchanged or returned.
  • Items without a manufacturing defect.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
